- Objective:
The employer is a leading footwear manufacturer partnering with top-tier sports brands. This position will oversee the factory quality operations to achieve quality requirements and customer satisfaction.
Job description:
- Develop and implement QA/QC processes, ensuring compliance throughout production.
- Conduct Inspections and Testing: Regularly inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document and Report: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality data; generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with production and relevant departments to implement corrective measures and improve processes.
- Training and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor the team, providing guidance and support. Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understand quality standards and procedures.
- Customer Feedback Review: Assess customer feedback and incorporate insights into quality improvements.
- Process Optimization to drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in footwear manufacturing quality management.
- Strong technical knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.
- Skilled in analyzing quality issues and implementing effective solutions for problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
