Business Development/Sales /Marketing manager (Domestic)

- Main duties & Responsibilities:
1. Building Brand Business Model & continual improving according to business development demands.
2. Building Brand products strategy direction which linking China market demands & Brand’s DNA.
3. Sales Channels development for both Online & Offline, including Whole sales, distributors, franchisee etc.
4. Sales Management & Maintain for all sales channels.
5. Doing marketing research, big data analysis & plan seasonal product proposal, and doing product line plan.
6. Set up GTM calendar with Brand manager together, which linking local market needs/popular trends & Brand’s seasonal approval process.
7. Development new customers. Providing good service & maintain all customers.
8. Sales Meeting with all buyers, to get official orders confirmed & coordinating with internal multiple teams.
9. Doing Seasonal Open to Buy. Planning with buyer’s sales/marketing team together according to seasonal direction.
10. Do presentation & product training during sales launch meeting, sales points, design idea, seasonal concept, brand direct ect and answer any questions if buyers have.
11. Marketing supporting and planning with all buyers to make sure brand go to right way on right position.
12. Managing all online shops & Offline shops, monthly sales, and including all retail price.
13. Sales Authority Letters, Contract/Agreement business items creating, Doing Business Plan, business risky evaluating.
14. Finish superiors arranged job.
College degree or above.
Good communication skills; good command of English.
Good Shoe- Making knowledge
Proficiency in business development /Sales/Marketing background.
Operation international brands which run business in China domestic working experience.
International brand concept with China Marketing sense.
Good at PPT, Excel analysis.
