- Job Description：
• Manage and train the warehouse inspection team to ensure consistent application of Caleres quality standards.
• Oversee daily inspection activities (AQL, full inspections, returns grading).
• Analyze inspection data and defect trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper segregation of defects (minor, major, critical) and classification of returns.
• Maintain calibration between warehouse inspectors and Caleres quality standards.
• Provide feedback to factories and sourcing teams based on inspection findings.
• Support the monthly returns review process with CLT partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in inspection accuracy, efficiency, and defect reduction.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Requirement：
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in quality assurance / quality control for CHINA DOMESTIC MARKET, preferably in warehouse inspection or final product quality.
• Strong knowledge of domestic China market quality standards, including GB testing and consumer expectations.
• Experience in footwear or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Good understanding of AQL standards, defect classification, and inspection protocols.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
