- 职位描述：
- This position is to assist dev com manager to lead factory and mold shop technicians in bottom molds creation processes from blueprint making (2D & 3d), wooden molds/prototype making , molds fabrication (samples and production) and testing in coordination with the development team.
He/She is to assist manager to improve mold shop performance and do audit and follow up cost standardization . He/She is to assist manager to manage the mold fabrication timelines to meet dev/com and production schedules , he/she is to lead factory to review the conditions of existing production molds through regular audits/season and in maintaining accurate mold inventory . He/She is to assist of setting up of mold cycle time in coordination with dev/com and bottom molds department.
The position is reporting into the BU lead
1)Leads the factory and mold shop technicians in bottom molds creation processes from blueprint making (2D & 3d), wooden molds/prototype , molds fabrication (samples and production) and testing in coordination with US product developers and/ China PD.
2)Assist devcom and bottom materials team in setting up and finalizing the cycle time as well as manage the mold fabrication timelines to meet dev/com and production schedules.
3)Leads the factory to review the conditions of existing production molds through regular audits/season and in maintaining accurate mold inventory
Support, follow up execute direction given by mold center role for overarching policies ,
guidelines ,tracking reports and mold allocations.
4)Leads the mold shop to improve their performance ,do audit and follow up cost standardization
5) Assist production to solve any mold-related productivity and quality issues
Coordinate, communicate ,be consulted for mold related issues topics with BU integrated teams such as Dev/com/Production& Planning
