- Key Roles & Responsibilities ：
• To Ensure that Batas quality standard are met by overseeing their assigned supplier for adherence to all of TAC.
• To support the supplier to upgrade and self-improvement of the quality system in details.
• Conduct MQAA once a week and identify areas where the supplier is being properly maintained as well as of opportunity for improvement.
• Conduct TET with the production trial/technical team of the supplier and provide the solution on any issue and submit the designated TET form to CFS/supplier.
• Conduct PPT with the production trial/technical team of the supplier and provide the solution on any issue and submit the designated PPT form to CFS/supplier.
• On a daily basis, communicate the supplier and quality issues/In-station quality control processes to the supervisor/quality manager and appropriate supplier personnel.
• Provide SCM team with timely acute feedback about production plan/delivery schedule with the final inspection plan.
• Service all needs and requirements of customers across all categories.
• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are shared and upheld by all QCs.
• Review lab test and quality inspection reports, and solve quality issues by offering technical analysis and support to QC team and factories.
• Support supply chain team to improve OTD performance of the supplier.
• Effectively manage to monitor the daily inspection results conducted by FI (Factory Inspector) for new and/or questionable models and components as designated by the functional team manager.
• To conduct incoming material inspection, WIP inspection and final inspection.
• Manage third party QA/QC service provider, who follows CFS quality standards/lab test guideline and implements CFS QA/QC working procedure for continuous improvement on product quality and delivery. Also, regularly evaluate them and help them to improve their performance by providing technical advice and other support.
